Swim Sessions

  • Lakeside Summer Sessions

Fortnightly on a Wednesday evening throughout the summer.  If you are in training there is a 150m loop round the buoys or you may prefer to simply dip and chill, the choice is yours.  There will also be two 30 minute stroke technique sessions during the evening as an optional extra.

  • SwimWalk

A 2km wander through woodland and meadows followed by a 40-minute downstream swim to the beach guided by Kirsty. Times vary as this swim is tide dependent. Walking and swimming together — a beautiful way to experience the river and the park around it.

  • Bespoke Sessions

Kirsty can tailor make a one hour session just for you to improve your stroke technique, build water confidence or be guided through getting into the open water safely for the first time.  Can be 1 to 1, 2 to 1 or a small group of friends.

“I started cold water swimming on a crisp November evening two and a half years ago at Kirsty’s “Dip in the Dark” event. Kirsty made the whole experience feel magical, safe and empowering. I was instantly hooked, and it transformed my wellbeing and life.”
